Custom engineering and development projects

Custom engineering projects, system design architectures, and software implementations are delivered against agreed milestones defined in client Statements of Work (SOW).

Initial discovery fees and milestone payments compensate for specialized engineering time and infrastructure costs incurred. In the event of early project termination by the client, billing is reconciled against verifiable work delivered up to the written date of termination.

Strategic consultations and advisory sessions

Paid advisory consultations and technical direction sessions may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the session may be subject to a rescheduling administration charge.

Corporate and institutional training programs

Custom enterprise, college, or institutional training programs require dedicated curriculum preparation and faculty allocation.

• Cancellation > 14 days prior: Full refund of deposit less any custom courseware material preparation expenses.
• Cancellation 7–14 days prior: 50% credit applied toward a rescheduled batch within 6 months.
• Cancellation < 7 days prior: Non-refundable due to reserved instructor commitments.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days following written confirmation.
